Something wrong with your cafe, or a question the FAQ doesn’t answer? Write to us. A person reads every email.

Add the widget

Touch and hold an empty spot on your Home Screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget. Search for Kissa, pick a size and tap Add Widget.

Restore a cafe you bought

Open Kissa, go to the Cafes tab and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought the cafe with.

Ask for a refund

Apple handles every payment, so refunds go through Apple: sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com and pick the purchase.

The widget looks stuck

iOS decides when widgets refresh, so a widget can lag a little behind the app. If it stays blank, remove the widget and add it again. Your cafe, coins and regulars are saved in the app, not in the widget.
