Privacy policy
Last updated 18 October 2026
Kissa: Pixel Café (“Kissa”) collects no personal data. This page explains what that means for the app, its widgets and this website.
The app and its widgets
- Kissa has no accounts and no sign-in.
- Kissa contains no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracking code.
- Your cafe, coins and regulars are saved only on your iPhone, in storage shared between the app and its widgets. Nothing is sent to us.
- The game does not connect to the internet. The only connections are to Apple’s App Store, when you buy or restore a cafe.
- When you share a postcard of your cafe, Kissa hands the picture to the iOS share sheet, and it goes only where you send it. Kissa keeps no copy and sends nothing by itself.
Purchases
Apple processes every purchase. We never see your name, payment details or Apple Account. Apple’s handling of that information is described in Apple’s privacy policy.
This website
This site uses no cookies and no analytics. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes standard request data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
When you vote for the next city on the Where next? page, your browser makes up a random ID and keeps it in its local storage, so you can change or take back your vote. We store that ID and the city you picked, and nothing else: no name, no email and no IP address. The ID means nothing outside this vote. We use the totals to choose which cafe to build next. Clearing your browser’s site data forgets the ID; your vote then stays counted, with nothing to tie it to you.
Children
Kissa collects no data from anyone, children included.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
